Construction of a conference centre, as part of the Mayibuye Private Game Reserve development, which is a 4 800 hectare big five game reserve and luxury residential estate to be situated halfway between Durban and Pietermaritzburg, north of Camperdown in KwaZulu-Natal. The game reserve will be community run and owned and will also consist of 186 luxury residential homes, a lifestyle village consisting of 120 homes (with a frail care component), two lodge sites and a wildlife rehabilitation centre.
