Construction of warehouses on Erf 243 and Erf 247 S&J Industrial Estate, Amalthea Road, Elandsfontein, Germiston, Gauteng. The scope of works involves construction of two new warehouses with offices (9 x blocks in total) measuring 45 450m² combined. Erf 243 is for Section 1 and will comprise of Blocks 1 to 5 with 135 parking bays for the warehouse and 28 parking bays for office. Erf 247 is for Section 2 and will comprise Blocks 6 to 9 with 62 parking bays for the warehouse and 27 parking bays for office. The GPS co-ordinates are 26°13'23.7"S 28°08'11.7"E
