Refurbishment of the Mncwasa water scheme located in Lubanzi, Eastern Cape. CIDB 7CE. The scope of work includes phase 2 refurbishment which could encompass restoration of the functionality, reliability and balance of the of water supply to the 61 villages, as well as Zithulele and the coastal resorts, served from the Mdwaka Dam and associated infrastructure by rehabilitating the existing system of bulk and villages pipelines, fittings and reservoirs, addressing identified upgrade works to the scheme, as well as identified dam safety related works and concrete access road section. The GPS marker has been placed as per the site inspection 32°03'29.3"S 29°01'03.7"E
